Worldwide Dispatch

Everything (except the Christmas collection) is made to order and we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 weeks, although there may be a slight delay during exceptionally busy periods. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only.

Christmas Collection will be dispatched within 5 days

UK delivery is free of charge and are shipped with Royal Mail tracked and signed.

US delivery is £20 and covers taxes and duties, (so you’ll have no unexpected fees)

Europe delivery is £10.

Delivery partners for other counties vary. You’ll be notified with courier details and tracking number.

Bespoke Delivery

Bespoke dispatch dates will be confirmed with you via email though we try to keep within the 2 week time frame. Please note lead times begin once the bespoke design is confirmed and order processed. Please consider local public holidays or delivery restrictions that may impact your delivery time.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a unique tracking number that you can follow the progress of your delivery until it arrives with you.
