Deliveries and Returns

Hand printed pieces and fabric by the metre are non-returnable. Returns for ready to go pieces can be accepted within 28 days of purchase if the item has been unused and is in perfect condition.

Every piece that leaves our studio is carefully checked and inspected by our team before it reaches you — we never intentionally send anything subpar.

In the rare event that something isn't right, please email studio@nicbrittin.com with your return options. We may ask for images or a short video of the issue. We hope you understand this is simply part of our process and is not a reflection of any doubt in you as a customer. Refunds will be processed to the original payment card.

International Orders

All Nic Brittin orders ship from the UK. Any international orders may incur a tax and duties charge once your order is due to be delivered.The shipping courier will bill you separately for these.We can't refund these fees unfortunately and have no influence or control over the amount.

U.S. Orders

Orders to the United States all ship with the tariffs included.No extra charges will apply on delivery.
